Welcome to AUGIE's Agency Technology Survey!

The Survey is Friendly
The survey is flexibile and easy to use. On average, it takes about 25 minutes to complete. Principals and managers see more questions than others. Most of these deal with revenue and strategy. CSRs answer up to 40 percent fewer questions than principals.

Stop and resume the survey at any point. You username and password get you back in, taking you to exactly where you left off – whether or not you “save” your answers. Just don’t forget to come back!

Everyone’s Opinion Counts
This is not a test. We’re just looking for opinions. So feel free to get help from others in your agency on questions you don’t know. Also, encourage co-workers to complete the survey on their own. Unless you’re all clones, the differences of opinion will be helpful in our results!

Help Along the Way
We have provided definitions for some of the terms used in the survey. If a word or phrase appears as a link, click it or hold your mouse over it to view the definition. We also have answers to common questions at .

On behalf of the 300+ AUGIE participants, thanks for taking time to share this important information! At the end of the survey, you can print and review/edit your answers, and request a copy of results once they’re published.

To get started, just fill out the information below to create a username and password. You will be able to leave the survey at any time and resume where you left off. Even if you don’t click the “save” button when you exit, the survey tool records your answers and saves them automatically.
